A realistic estimate is 50% of Average Monthly Gross.

In some cases we can go up to 150% of Monthly Gross.

  Obtaining Bank Statements: Sometimes it is easier to download them in PDF format from your banks web site. Simply go to "Statements" page and click on each month. If you do not see a "Save As PDF" option, "Right Click" on the page and a window will pop up.
  
  You should have an option to "Save as File/PDF", or an option to "Print". If selecting Print, you will see your Printer - change it to "Print to File".
